Recipients of the NVST Promise Award demonstrate:
- Self-Investment
A clear effort to improve their future through education, skill-building, or personal development. - Resilience
The ability to persist through adversity, setbacks, or structural challenges. - Initiative
Taking action without waiting for permission. Creating momentum where none existed. - Integrity
Acting with accountability, honesty, and consistency. - Vision

Eligibility

Selection Philosophy
